The instructor showed me each exercise quickly beforehand, especially those on a machine I’d never seen before, then told me to follow behind the woman near me in the circuit. It helped that she was obviously a regular; so I just copied her but with lighter weights where necessary. Or, she told me she was doing the advanced/harder version so I did the easier version. He came around and gently corrected my form whenever necessary. The locker rooms were clean with a well lighted sauna where I could read a book, and clean showers. No hooks in the showers though, so bring your own to hold your shower stuff.

Wednesdays are my gym days so i did the gym at 530am and thought 12-13 hours before class was enough recovery time, but babbyy was i wrong. see all reviewsDante was a great coach. I didn't realize there were videos on the walls that show all the exercises and timing. I think this is a really cool feature. They even have this for warm-ups. I would have appreciated some stretching/cool-down with the group, that could bring the total experience up to 60 minutes. Their thing is "45" minutes for all workouts. I appreciate the short and sustainable timing to fit it into your busy life, but 5 more minutes for cool down would be great. It was a SUPER clean facility. the only thing I couldn't stand was the music was SOO loud for my ears. I go to a lot of concerts and recently have started to wear ear plugs to protect my hearing. If I come back, I will need my ear plugs because I could feel tinnitus crawling back. I did ask Dante to turn it down a few notches and he did but towards the end, it got loud again. some of the songs were not my style but it was fine. The overall workout was great and I felt good. I'd come back, just prepared with earplugs.
