About this class

This class primarily uses the TRX suspension trainer as the tool of choice.  If you have used the TRX before you know it can be a tremendously challenging workout, but is easily tailored for beginners. PF's expert coach will take you through a series of movements that will challenge your core, upper and lower body.

What is ClassPass?
