About this class

This reformer-based class is designed to build strength and improve endurance by mixing the core strengthening principles of Pilates with higher intensity cardio bursts utilizing the jump board. Work on the jump board inherently accesses your core, glutes and legs but the addition of arms in this class ensures a total body workout. This is an advanced beginner to intermediate level class.

How to get there

If you are visiting our Madison Street studio, ample two-hour street parking is available on Madison Street. During the warmer months, please read street signs to avoid parking on the wrong side of the street on designated street sweeping days.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
