About this class

This 60 minute class takes elements from our original freedom flow class while adding in postures and movements that use the ballet bar to incorporate elements of dance into your regular practice. This class is open to all levels. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early and bring your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.

Would be nice if this location provided clothes to wipe down equipment like every other Oxygen location.

Not a lot of focus on technique and the equipment (small ball weights) was difficult to use during Hot yoga class (sweat = slippery).

We need breaks between exercises working the same muscle groups (even just 10 seconds!!!!) to reset before going into the next sets. I feel like my form suffers crazy in this class because were never given the opportunity to reset. QUALITY > QUANTITY
