About this class

HIIT and MetCon Sessions MetCon is shorthand for Metabolic Conditioning. HIIT is shorthand for High-Intensity Interval Training. Put the two together and you have one hell of a workout. Think training programmes that are of the sweaty and heart-pounding persuasion. MetCon circuits are 2 to 3 (or more) resistance exercises done in sequence with little or no break in between. During the workouts, you’ll get to use a variety of strength training tools to carve out a lean sexy body in no time. There is no better form of exercise to burn fat while simultaneously adding some lean muscle mass. Combined this with our diet, nutrition and supplementation programs and Bio-Signature testing you’ll get real results real fast. We use a combination of... Essential bodyweight movements Sledge pushes and ring pulls Kettle-bells, Barbells, and Dumbbells Medicine balls and ropes Please contact us for more details on each individual class.

How to prepare

Our Strong and Lean classes are weight training classes. We use a variety of strength-based exercises using barbells and dumbbells. Our HIIT classes are High-Intensity Interval Training sessions. Using a variety of bodyweight exercises and a mix of Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, ropes and bands. Please bring water and towel, you'll need it.

Mostly good but not a lot of instruction - in hindsight thinking about my experience at other gyms and how great they are, first time here and I was a bit lost, and you’re using pretty big weights and there isn’t much instruction in terms of proper form.

Jess is a lovely girl! Very welcoming and chatty. She was engaging and asked questions and made you feel at ease. The class could have been harder. I liked the 14 minute rep repeat circuit but would have preferred it to be longer - say 30 mins vs having the boxing part. The boxing was fun but would have felt like I had worked harder with the longer hiit. Still a good class and a lovely trainer

Good hiit session - straight to the point and not too much explaining like what you find with many classes which wastes time. Very time efficient so you can get stuck in - would definitely go again

What is ClassPass?
