About this class

Tight hamstrings? Achy back? Find certain exercises (e.g. overhead shoulder press) difficult because you lack the required ranges of motion? Perhaps you even tried stretching without much success. Movement is the best tool to keep our joints healthy and pain-free. In this class, we’ll look to improve lower (hips, ankles) and upper (spine, shoulder) mobility to develop control and usable ranges of motion. Think of it as flexibility training with strength elements. As a group, you’ll also get to explore unorthodox movements to build body control and awareness. All our classes are tailor made and programmed by our team of training specialists to ensure you push yourself in every class no matter whether you're beginner or advanced. Technique and form is one of our top priorities at Outrivals and keeping in like with our small group classes, you'll be sure to walk away feeling like you've just had a personal training session. All classes are 45 minutes. See you soon!

How to prepare

We've got you covered for pretty much everything from smoothies to hair ties*! Amenities: Changing rooms, showers, Hair dryers, protein smoothie and nutrition bar, retail area, hair straighteners, wifi, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, towels, class area, personal training area. *Please note that Boxing wraps are a compulsory requirement for all our Boxing classes to help with your wrist health and technique. We have our very own OUTRIVALS Boxing wraps & gloves that you can buy from Front of House.

How to get there

From Old Street station, take the steps on exit 1 City Road North (East side), walk up city road and bear right onto East Street. Take a right at the Premier inn (Silicon Way) which then leads straight onto Corsham Street. Keep on the left hand side of the road till you see our black sign above our black entrance doors to our studio. Please press the buzzer to come in. Walk takes 2 minutes from Old Street Station.

This was soooo good! Felix was knowledgable, kind, helpful and my shoulders feel so much more mobile. The studio staff were so lovely and the changing rooms had everything you needed! I even had a shake after (date night) which was delicious! I loved the whole place and want to do more classes here!

Felix was such a cool instructor. I thought mobility was a really unique class that taught me a lot about hip movements and educated me about joints we don’t move. Anyways don’t be deceived into thinking this is some lame stretching session, it BURNED.

What is ClassPass?
