About this class

This is a beginner level class focusing on correct set up of body and machine in each position. With more in-depth description of the exercises and a slower tempo, this class will build your foundation in the Pilates Method. Exercises covered will prepare you for attending open level class perfect for those wanting to build their strength and deepen their understanding. This class is suitable for those returning from injury and is pre and post natal friendly.

How to prepare

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class, as the door will be locked on the minute of the class start time. We recommend that you bring a glass-free water bottle, and a sweat towel for comfort and hygiene. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Full shower facilities including One's signature Hair and Body Wash products, towel hire, mats and lockers are all included in your visit.

How to get there

One Hot Yoga & Pilates - South Yarra is located at 36/48 River Street in South Yarra, Victoria. For Yoga Please sign in at 36 River Street and for Pilates sign in at 48 River Street. There is parking available on River St, and surround streets. The studio is an 8 minute walk from South Yarra train station.
