Sweat is an intense full body workout that incorporates the best of toning, endurance building, and strengthening exercises. By alternating lightweight/bodyweight exercises with one minute of cardio intensive exercises, Sweat increases your caloric burn during and post workout, delivering noticeable and lasting results. Eric the “instructor” did not instruct. He never introduced himself. The only reason i know his name is the nice man that was in our group told us. The class itself was a pretty good workout. Several of the other people in the class were welcoming. Overall, i would suggest the class for a casual workout but would go to another instructor.

Could have been more fast paced. But you are able to push it on the cardio segments if you want

Thanks for the feedback! Could you clarify how it could be faster paced? Once the class gets started you can start immediately both with the strength stations and the cardio stations so in theory it should be non stop after the warm up until we do the abs portion at the end of class (roughly 40 minutes straight). We want to understand exactly what you meant on that so we can improve from it next time.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
