About this class

Power Pilates class is ideal for clients who practice Pilates consistently, have been practicing at our studio for a while, and/or those involved in a vigorous exercise program. The instructor uses all the equipment and various props to enable clients to achieve a good burn with every exercise. The full body workout in these classes use heavier weight and higher number of reps! You can freely modify the exercises for yourself, if needed. It is important for all the clients to know listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop. Attention: This class is not advised for prenatal.

Reminder: ToeSox required to participate. Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your practice.
