This class features a series of traditional yoga postures created for practice in a heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and stretches while calming the mind and reducing stress. The room is heated to approximately 38 degrees Celsius. How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat, large towel, water bottle and clothes to sweat in! Mats and towels are available to rent for $2 each. Showers facilities are available for after class. Online sign in closes 30 minutes before class. Sign up in advance if you wish to register through ClassPass! IMPORTANT: Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class begins, as all classes start on time and latecomers will not be admitted.

Modo Yoga North Vancouver is located on W. 1st Street between Chesterfield Ave and Semisch Ave in North Vancouver. Street parking is available nearby.
