How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and as needed adjustments. 
Please bring your mat, yoga/shower towel and a water bottle. Modo provides a filtered water station, so you can hydrate well before and after class. After class, all your needs will be met in our modern change rooms. The studio provides spacious showers, Aveda shampoo, conditioner and body wash for all of our guests.

Loved all the corrections Jana offered! Also class size was great with only 4 - a lot of personalization. Room wasnt very hot which was fine by me, but not like other hot classes here.

Awesome workout. Great studio with all the amenities you could want. Kaitlin was particularly wonderful; good explanations of what to do etc. Not your typical barre class but super challenging. Ill be back!

This class is by far one of the hardest Ive ever taken but also the best. Even though Im fighting back tears through majority of the hour long workout and cant walk the next day- its completely worth it. Kaitlin always has the best playlist that powers me through and targets muscles that I seem to miss during my other barre, OTF, Pilates, spin, and yoga classes as well as ones I never knew existed.

Hard workout, but not what I expected. This felt like the same class at Cardio Barre, however I was hoping this would incorporate more yoga postures with the actual weights as we went through a flow. Instead it began with a couple downward dogs then a (good and challenging) barre class. If you are looking for barre, this is great. Dont expect much on the yoga side.
