About this class

Learn a contemporary dance routine featuring fun isolations, body rolls and floor work. No dance experience required. No pole moves taught in this class. Wear leggings and a top suitable for exercise, bare feet - you'll be dancing on a sprung floor. Bring a water bottle. Attend as a one off or come on successive weeks to learn the entire routine.

How to prepare

Pole Classes - wear shorts and a top suitable for exercise. You need to be able to grip the pole with your lower leg. Leave rings and necklaces at home - they scratch the poles and get in the way. Don't apply moisturizer to hands or legs before a pole class or you'll be really sliding down that pole! Bring a water bottle and your "can do" attitude. Aerial Yoga Classes - wear yoga pants or leggings and a t shirt that covers your armpits, bring a water bottle. Arrive a few minutes early to complete a student rego form and health questionnaire
