About this class

KM HBT combines KM PT, an intense cardio and strength program, with Krav Maga striking skills, to provide an amazing calorie-burning fitness experience. KM HBT is a fast-paced 60-minute class with MMA-fight inspired punching and kicking combined with body weight movements and strength training with an emphasis on speed and constant movement. Expect to burn between 600 to 1,000 calories per session and leave energized and ready for more.

How to prepare

Shower facilities available. Bring your own towel. Wear athletic shoes if you are taking Performance Training class. No shoes are allowed for Heavy Bag Training. Arrive 10 minutes early to sign their waiver if you are new! If it is your first time and you show up after class has started, you will not be admitted into class so please make sure to arrive early. Gloves will be provided for your first time when taking Heavy Bag Training. After that you will be required to bring your own gloves or you can rent them at the front desk.

How to get there

They share a parking structure with The Medallion apartment complex directly off 4th St. and Main St. and are located on the second floor, also known as the street level. The entrance to the parking structure is located on the left hand side of 4th St. Parking is free before 8am and after 6pm otherwise they validate for 90 minutes for $2.50 (cash only). Please call the front desk for any other questions you may have.
