Please bring: clothes to get wet in plus a dry change for after water friendly shoes if you have them towel if you want to shower right after sunglasses hat Please note -- your bag and dry shoes can be safely stored in the trailer while you're on the water

Meet at the Balmoral Oval Carpark end of the beach, at the "Kayak Fitness" truck.
