Mary Helen was an absolute rockstar. Every single person in the class was uplifting and kind. It was such a fun balance of dance moves and toning exercises. I more than broke a sweat and had a blast doing it! If you have a yoga mat and weights, you may wish to bring them as we did use them during class, but an entire cabinet of extras were available if you didn’t bring them. I encourage everyone to go!

This was a good cardio workout, but I was expecting it to be more dance-oriented. There was actually some floor work (Pilates/barre-type), but not really any options for modifications. I got a good sweat, but not as fun/dance-focused as I was hoping it would be.

I definitely had a bit of a sweat in the cardio portion. It is set in a church gym, and a bit more catered to a mature crowd.
