Get the benefits of working on the Pilates reformer machine! Tone and stretch every muscle group and raise your heart rate all in one session. Your trainer will guide you through six to eight IM=X® sequences which start with hips and legs, progress to the abs and back, move on to shoulders and arms, rest for some stretches and finish with more hips, butt, and abs. This is a total body workout which wastes no time! Enjoy the toning effects of one of the best Pilates machine around -- the Xercizer.

How to prepare
Students MUST have PRIOR REFORMER PILATES MACHINE EXPERIENCE to take a class in the studio and Mat Pilates is NOT sufficient. A Free Private intro session is not offered for ClassPass members so you need to be EXPERIENCED prior to signing up for one of the amazing classes or I do offer the intro for $35 if you want to take that before starting classes with us. Call 503-908-0024 to book! Wear comfy workout clothing and you may go barefoot or wear grip style socks. Please arrive at least 5 min early and take shoes off just inside the door.
How to get there
We are located in downtown Lake Oswego at 436 1st street just between A and B ave and a block from Hwy 43. We have 2hr free parking out front but sometimes it is busy so plan a few extra minutes if you have to park around the corner and walk up. You will see a royal blue awning out front and you will enter directly in the main class area so if there is a class going on just wait in the window seat area or there is a dressing room and 2 restrooms at the back of the studio.
