How to prepare

They provide towel service, water and fresh fruits. Hard-soled, closed-toe athletic shoes or cycling shoes with SPD Clips are recommended for all spinning classes. Please note they have a 5 min window to enter all classes. If you arrive after 5 mins of the start of class you will not be admitted and will loose your credit for the class.

How to get there

They are located on Adam Clayton Powell Blvd (7th Ave) between 137th and 138th Street directly behind the M2 bus stop. You can take either the 2/3 or B/C train to 135th Street Station. If you arrive after 5 mins of the start of class you will not be admitted and will loose your credit for the class.

Well rounded workout and an intimate size class. I am not consistently active so a 1 hour class that was part spin and part body work with mat sounded like a manageable challenge. Good instructor kept the energy up. Several regulars. Welcoming.

Challenging class and a great workout! The second half of the class is done on mats and I found it a bit uncomfortable because of the hard floor but the movements aren’t too high impact so it isn’t tough on the joints. Shaun is a great instructor! Wish his mic was up a little higher or the music a bit lower because it was hard to hear instructions during the spin portion.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
