About this class
Please attend 3 Basics Classes before booking. Using springs and pullies to aid the harder exercises and add challenge when that's mastered. Pilates will work on improving posture, finding balance, firing up that internal core strength and lengthening and elongating all your muscles. TONING By targeting both large and smaller supporting muscle groups, Reformer Pilates tones you up like no other. Expect sculpted arms, a nipped in waist and a super pert butt. FLEXIBILITY Once your muscles are worked to fatigue the springs, pulleys and small equipment on the reformer gives you that little bit of extra stretch. LENGTHENING Because of the extra focus on stretching out your muscles, Reformer Pilates gives you long, lean and toned limbs. By correcting posture in your back and shoulders you’ll literally be walking taller.

How to prepare

How to get there
Frame Shoreditch is a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Old Street Station and 3 minutes from Shoreditch High Street Station. Slap bang in the middle of the creative east end, they’ve got a studio to match, housed in three railway arches decorated with multicoloured ceilings housing 5 studios.
