About this class

In this Qigong class you will flow through a gentle, whole body-quiet mind workout that relaxes, balances and energizes. All levels of qigong experience are welcome. Qigong is an ancient system of exercise and lifestyle for promoting optimal health, healing and longevity. It has been called "moving meditation" and is similar to Tai Chi. Research strongly suggests that Qigong practice can provide relief from stress; clarity of mind and improved focus; better quality sleep; strengthened immune response; increased stamina and overall vitality.

What is ClassPass?
