About this class

Barre at Fitness Rangers is a non impact total body workout that targets the lower body, glutes and thighs, the muscles that play the biggest role in body transformation. By zeroing in on specific muscle groups with isometrics and high repetitions we create long, lean, defined muscles. Each 50 minute class is set at a fast pace while toning and elongating the physique.

How to prepare

For Barre classes socks are required in the studio. For Boxing classes you must bring your own boxing gloves & hand wraps For Yoga classes you must bring your own mat. Gloves, Socks, Wraps available for sale at studio.

How to get there

We are located in East Sacramento at 1717 34th Street. We are just off of Highway 50 or Business 80. We are located on the east side of 34th Street in between Stockton Blvd & Folsom Blvd.

Much more high intensity than I expected. It was a great workout that worked often untapped muscle groups (hello outer glutes) and am still sore two days later. Highly recommend

Low impact but high intensity. The class was good for people who know what they are doing, but not for new comers. As for the spade, it was very hot (maybe purposefully) and carpeted (ew).

What is ClassPass?
