How to prepare

Some classes will place more emphasis on strength while others lean more towards the conditioning end of the spectrum. To reach a high level of fitness, you'll want to train for both, though not necessarily in the same session/day. Wear: --comfortable workout clothing --clean shoes (no hiking shoes, indoor only prefered) Bring: --water --towel --open mind --positive attitude Find: --evil geisha & samurai mural on the Piikoi side of the building at the corner of Piikoi & Beretania
