Aces Up! Bodyweight Workout at FatGirl Yoga
About this class
This class is going to make you work! We incorporate a simple "deck of cards" workout using bodyweight exercises (think squats, lunges, push-ups) - but don't worry if you're out of shape! We can adjust to all levels of fitness. Watch out for when those Aces come up - you'll feel the burn - in a good way! Stick around for our restorative yoga session that follows to get a nice post-workout stretch, and relax your mind completely before your weekend begins.
