Ventilation system

We keep all three large garage doors open during class unless temperatures become uncomfortably cold, in which case we still have our Medical Grade HVAC system operating at all times.

Limited capacity

CrossFit classes are limited to 15 Participants.Bootcamp and STFR classes are limited to 16 Participants.

Contactless check-in

Please arrive 5-10 mins prior to class start time.

Limited amenity access

Bathrooms are accessible with Showers in Service if you provide your own Towel. Please bring your own refillable water bottle whenever possible.
