About this class
Exhale Power + Chill Fire it up, cool it way down, and find the balance in between. exhale's power + chill yoga class begin with an athletically and mentally challenging yoga class that is designed to fire you up from the inside out. Set to invigorating music, each class is a unique mix of dynamic movements and static holds crafted to build strength and endurance, tone your limbs, and tighten your core. We then transition towards a yin/restorative practice. This series of postures is designed to balance, calm and repair you body mind and spirit. Supported by props including bolsters and blankets, these long-hold poses allow your entire body to stretch gently, enhanced by meditation and deep breathing. Exhale Chill is the perfect complement barre and more rigorous yoga classes.

How to prepare
Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.
How to get there
Exhale Stamford is located on the corner of Washington Blvd and Atlantic St. There is a free parking lot adjacent to the studio – located on Atlantic St. The main entrance is located on 150 Washington Blvd. Once you enter, you’ll take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
