About this class

If you have a strong foundation, you can build anything on it. This 40-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to the Lagree Fitness Method. If you are new to the studio, we strongly recommend that you take a Foundation class first so that you can get comfortable with our equipment, the 40-minute format, and the fundamental exercises. However, veterans are welcome and will be challenged, we promise! You will definitely break a sweat as you strengthen, tighten, tone and stretch your body in this fun, intense, music-inspired group class. *Grip socks required.

How to prepare

Please bring a towel, if desired*. Grip socks are REQUIRED on the Megaformer*. Our cycling bikes are compatible with athletic shoes or SPD clips.** Please wear anything you might feel comfortable doing yoga/running in (women- stretch pants and fitted top; men - gym shorts/pants and shirt). *Grip Socks Required. You will not be able to participate in class with out grip socks. This is for sanitary as well as safety reasons. **Cycling shoes are not provided. Please bring your own athletic shoes.

How to get there

900 Bayfront Court, suite 107 San Diego, CA 92101 Our clients can park at The Marriott for $3/hr. There is also street parking on Pacific Highway and Meter Parking on Harbor.

The class was fast paced and definitely took a minute to get my bearings. Kelsey explained everything before the class started and her music was great! I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow but I’m already looking forward to my next class!

Salina was a great instructor but the way the class is set up, it is very difficult to see her when she was explaining a new move.

Its like a combo of barre and Pilates... So I guess if you want to consolidate those two things its a good option. The 40 minutes went by really fast, but it was still hard work! Salina was good, but the mic was terrible, and the music was too loud to hear her. Not my favorite studio vibe overall.

The class was challenging and fast paced but allowed for instruction. I would have liked a little more correction on form though for a foundation class.

The class was challenging but Estella modified everything for me which I appreciated. Its crazy how fast 40 mins went by. Enjoyed the class. The only thing I hated was the parking garage.

Really enjoyed the class! Can't wait to go back for more. I'm a huge Reformer Pilates user and I went into the class a little too confident. :) Definitely surprised me on waking up even more muscles that I hadn't already. The instructor was very patient and understanding to everyone's modification and breaks! It is still very challenging as a foundation class! I'm looking forward to the even deeper challenge to the Full body class! :)

What is ClassPass?
