Good for beginners. Low intensity. Lots of work with cable machine and bands. Wish it focused more on strength training/free weights to really gain strength.

I love working out at Drive and felt sore for a couple of days after the workout. The only suggestion would be for the instructors to do a little more personalized corrections on form (especially when the classes are smaller, like this one happened to be).
