About this class

45 minutes. Class consists of Pilates strength and conditioning exercises performed on the floor. Pilates small equipment will be used to add variety and intensity to the basic Pilates exercises. Class is for all Levels beyond Introductory.

How to get there

In the Vandalia Tower! Just North of 94 and South of University, the Vandalia Tower sits at the intersection of 94 and Vandalia. It is easily accessible via University, Cretin, Cleveland, and 94! Please note, there are several parking spots on the Vandalia Street side, and an ample parking lot in the back. Once you've entered the building you can take the stairs or freight elevator and find us on the third floor in Suite 310.

This was a simple, basic mat Pilates class that is great for those who are new to fitness or as an active rest day for fitness enthusiasts. The studio was well-equipped, with the exception of the restroom/changing room. There is only one, and it's shared with the nail salon next door.

What is ClassPass?
