About this class

We regularly do cycles of weightlifting movements to increase muscle and learn form. All classes have people who modify the movements to fit their skill level. Check out our website, workouts are released at 8pm the night before. Class lasts for 1 hour and has 3 sections: 1)15 minute warm up 2)15 minute skill or weightlifting 3)30 minute workout A lot of our warm ups allow you to practice movements like double unders, pull ups, push ups. Our workouts include but are not limited to running, weights, bars, kettlebells, dumbbells, tire flips, sit ups, rowing, ring exercises, bodyweight movements, handstands, etc. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience.

How to prepare

When you walk in the door, stand by the computer and screens mounted by the door. That is where you can sign waivers/class check in. After checking in, place your things in the cubbies and start stretching. We will start the class on time. Classes are all one level -Crossfit. In a typical class there will be 1) 10 min warm up 2) 20 min lifting 3) 20 min WOD

How to get there

There is parking in the front/back/side of the building. There is a small driveway to the left of the building that will take you to the back parking.

What is ClassPass?
