True all-round fitness: 45 minutes of high intensity interval training, developed for cardio, strength and endurance. Combines a varying sequence of weights and floor exercises with rowing intervals. You'll build strength, burn fat and test your mental resilience like no other class.

How to prepare

We provide towels, hair dryers and GHDs, self locking lockers and Malin + Goetz products. Our bikes have both cleats and straps. Cycle shoes are available for hire. Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of your class as we will be unable to let you in once the class has started.

How to get there

We're just next to Holland Park behind Byron - about a 5 minute walk from High Street Kensington tube station.

First ever Core Collective and Fred made it so fun! Tech playlist made the session that little bit more fun!

The title of this class is misleading - in total I spent less than 50 seconds on a rowing machine. A better name for this class would be circuits. With a name such as lift and row I would have expected Rowing to be a core element. This was not the case.

Morning! I think you actually went in to the wrong studio and attended our Circuit class that was going on in the room next door....we're pleased that class was recognisably a circuit class. Please email and we'll arrange a credit for you to come and try Lift+Row!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
