About this class
This is a 45 min version of our Circuit City Class. This is an all encompassing strength and cardio class. The instructors have the unique opportunity to use the equipment and exercises they see fit. Participants will move from one challenging exercise to another. All levels encouraged.

How to prepare
Please complete the online waiver prior to arriving at City Gym: www.smartwaiver.com/v/citygymkcwaiver Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.
How to get there
They are located on the corner of Wornall and 74th Terrace. Parking is available behind the facility off of Washington Street. Must enter through front entrance on Wornall.
