How it works

About this class

This class rotates through a series of 10 resistance stations, targeting all the major muscle groups. Every resistance interval is two-minutes long with a change in weight after the first minute. Resistance stations are immediately followed by a two minute interval on the treadmill. This is repeated until all 10 stations are completed. An abdominal routine rounds out the final 5-10 minutes of class. Resistance stations change weekly.

How to prepare

YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TIME. There is a mandatory 2.5-minute safety orientation video that all first time clients must watch. If you don't arrive 15 minutes late, you will lose your spot in class and be marked as missed. No exceptions. An ANT+ heart rate monitor is highly encouraged for class. The heart rate monitor is provided for your first class free of charge. You can purchase one at Circuit Works for $65 or rent one for $3 per subsequent class.

How to get there

Street parking in the area is free, please check signs for restrictions, on Bicknell, Bay, 3rd Street and 4th Street. Metered 60 minute parking is available on Main Street.

Good sweat, I appreciated that not every round was running on the treadmill, instructor did variations on the treadmill which I enjoyed! Would love if they did like 40 mins on the floor strength training and 20 mins treadmill instead of 30 mins and 30 mins or a double floor option for those that have bad knees and can’t run every time I workout!!! Plus I don’t feel sore with just 30 min strength training

Pretty good. I personally just don’t like all the switching back and forth. Wish it was like 2/3 then switch. But overall a good instructor. Like the addition of the abs in the end!

What is ClassPass?
