This Adult Ballet 1 class is set to popular music adding a fun and energetic twist to the typical ballet class. The class takes place primarily at the barre and explores some work in the center and across the floor. Ballet can be taken in your normal fitness attire and socks, however leotards, tights, and ballet slippers are suggested.

Good for coordination and grace! Teacher was encouraging and very helpful!

Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Instructor was extremely helpful and coming from someone who hasnt practiced ballet in 10+ years, the material was manageable and challenging at the same time. Class has community feel despite the mix of repeat attendees and newcomers. Would definitely take this class again!

20 years out of dancing and this class made me feel like a dancer again. It's an excellent class for focus on form and strengthening the muscles only a dancer knows exist.

The instructor, Aubrey, was really sweet but this class was nothing like it was advertised to be... It was more of a fundamentals of ballet class than a workout. So- only attend if you are looking to learn at little bit about the basics of ballet form with precision... not an energetic upbeat zumba-type class!

Having no prior experience in ballet there wasn't quite enough instruction for me to be able to follow.
