I've had great classes here but the last two classes have felt very unplanned. Also the music is from her phone so it's always interrupted when she gets a notification.

Barbara stepped up her game this class! Killer arm workout and great leg workout with green band. Music was on point well. Would have liked more abs and less low impact cardio to increase intensity a bit. Great full body workout overall and I'll feel the effects for sure. Thanks!

Low impact cardio poorly organized routine not in sync with music making rhythm hard to follow. Focused on engaging core through standing exercises but now good barre ab workout. A lot of lunge and squat moves that encouraged poor form if you don't know what you are doing. Wast a very amped up class making 530am even more tough

Overall, I liked the class. I'm not nearly as sore as I've been after other barre classes. I'm glad I've taken other barre classes because the instructor did not come around the room to correct anyone's form at all. Unfortunately I saw several people doing certain things incorrectly. The instructor is behind you throughout most of the class... Maybe I am just used to other barre classes but I didn't find the instructional motivation to be there, and the reason I pay to take classes rather than just put on a workout DVD is for the energy, motivation, and form correction. The class was very glute and leg focused; minimal ab work. The details on ClassPass did not list to bring grippy socks but the floors are hardwood, not carpet. The only time I felt they were really necessary was when doing mountain climbers, but I definitely could have used them there. Since I have a decent barre background, I felt the class was good enough and would consider taking it again.
