About this class

Using different joint stability exercises (shoulders, hips, core), this Vinyasa-flow yoga classes will help improve your balance, inter-muscular coordination, agility and flexibility throughout multiple planes of motion. Each of their BURN coaches brings their own unique style to create an inviting environment for all levels.  Happy Hour Yoga features more upbeat music than traditional Yoga classes.

How to get there

For classes at the Back Bay location on Boylston Street that are before 8AM, after 5PM (Mon-Fri), or on weekends, you can enter the passcode 2876 (numerical code for BURN) or buzz us through the intercom system to enter. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor or take the stairs (passcode is 8671*)

What is ClassPass?
