Rough, tough, good stuff! Shred format moves quickly, but yet good for most experience levels. Would be helpful to lower the music volume when instructing, then pump it up when hitting the exercises. A little more pep from the class instructor, and a faster paced music playlist, would bring this class to 100%.

How to prepare

Arrive 15-20 minutes early before your first class to get familiarized with the WOD, instructor and the studio. If you are not in studio 15 min. prior to class, you will be asked to take the next class or miss entirely *Bring your indoor athletic shoes, towel, & bottled water. *We have 2 bathrooms and 1 shower available. *No glass w/o rubber casing or open containers w/o a lid are allowed in the workout area *No Pictures, Video or Audio Recordings of the workouts are allowed. Violators will be reported & handled accordingly
