About this class

Gloves and wraps are required for this class, but not provided. Please bring your own! Ready to kick some butt? Wanna knock out the stress of life and beat up some calories in the process? Then it's time for BRICK Cardio Kickboxing. Held in the special, padded dojo outfitted with premium kickboxing bags, this fast-paced, high-energy class will help you build endurance, agility and strength. This is more than an amazing workout—the coaches will teach you proper technique beginning with stance, footwork, punches and kicks, knee and elbow strikes. Intermediate students learn more advanced methods of boxing, striking and sparring on their professional sparring floors. The 12:30pm class is geared towards patterning/intermediate-advanced skills, and is 90 minutes long! All other Cardio Kickboxing classes are 60 minutes.

Good sweat! You’ll have lots of fun. Just wished they turned on the light it was a little dark made it feel dingy even tho the gym was clean

Cardio Kickboxing
Great workout - instructor teaches you the right technique and encourages everyone to push themselves. There’s a lengthy warm-up of cardio followed by bag work followed by partner pad training. You’ll be gassed by the end of it.

Love that you loved it that much! We do offer evening Cardio Kickboxing (Monday/Wednesday at 645pm and Tuesday/Thursday at 530pm) if ever you can't pull yourself out of bed so early but don't want to miss out!

Was not suited for beginners. I would recommend to take 5 mins to explain the kicks and punches. Also, felt like there was no class plan so exercises were added and changed on the fly.

How to prepare

Clients are REQUIRED to bring their own gloves and wraps for Kickboxing, as BRICK does not provide them. Be sure to wear athletic clothing and they recommend a flat or minimal shoe! BRICK provides small and large towels for your personal use.

How to get there

All ClassPassers MUST check in at the front desk. Walk through the gate on the right side of the building. Pass the first door and enter through the second door on the left. If you don't check in, you will be marked as a no-show. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will no longer be allowed into class and you will lose your spot. If you miss your reserved time, BRICK will NOT re-schedule you.

What is ClassPass?
