About this class

Welcome to B/X! Brick's HIIT class is a year round favorite. A high-intensity, high-energy circuit training class that will most certainly leave you drenched.B/X is great for all levels as any of the movements can be modified to the level of athlete. A typical B/X class will use a variety of cardio focused equipment such as TrueForm treadmills, Assault bikes and rowers. The programming changes daily so you'll never get bored. Come check us out! The class has a strength and conditioning focus and athletes of all levels are welcome.

I swear the Musik she plays make this horrible torture of a workout ( of course meant in a positive way) almost enjoyable! She knows what’s up!!

This was intense but I loved it !

Great class, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a solid background in various kettlebell and dumbbell movements because the instructor definitely didn’t seem like he was going to take the extra time to look at form.

Way too hot. Hard to enjoy a workout when nauseous. Otherwise, great WOD and instructor. Please fix a/c!

Well we're glad you had a good workout and enjoyed the coach. We always do our best to regulate the temperature appropriately with so many people working so hard and making it hotter. Feel free to ask the instructor or front desk if ever you feel like it may be off, though. Hope to see you back soon!

It was way too hot. I would consider myself to be in decent shape, however the workout was 10x harder because there was no air circulation. I couldn’t attack the workout with my normal intensity and was sort of bummed.

We're sorry to hear that you felt hindered due to the temperature in the room. We do our best to keep the AC cranked and circulation running but we will look into more ways to keep the temperature regulated. Thanks for the feedback!

Great workout, however very hot/stuffy.

Glad you enjoyed the class! It can get hot at times but it's because there are so many people working so hard in there. We do our best to keep the temperature regulated properly but you're always welcome to ask the front desk if it feels a bit off. Come back soon!

Great glad, but wayyy too hot in the room. A/c must’ve been down.. was already sweating before class began.

Zach mostly didn’t teach me but a guy in the class (alex) helped me understand what was what

How to prepare

Clients are REQUIRED to bring their own gloves and wraps for Kickboxing, as BRICK does not provide them. Be sure to wear athletic clothing and they recommend a flat or minimal shoe! BRICK provides small and large towels for your personal use.

How to get there

All ClassPassers MUST check in at the front desk. Walk through the gate on the right side of the building. Pass the first door and enter through the second door on the left. If you don't check in, you will be marked as a no-show. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will no longer be allowed into class and you will lose your spot. If you miss your reserved time, BRICK will NOT re-schedule you.

What is ClassPass?
