About this class

Bodyline Bounce Back Level 3-5 is full body workout introducing cardio to Pilates by utilizing a jump-board attached to the end of the reformer. Not only does this class get the heart rate up, it also challenges you to stabilize your lower back in a unique relation to gravity. The result is a great back and core strengthening workout. Modifications will be given for those with injuries but you MUST know your pilates basics. *Prerequisite At least five level 1-2 classes at Bodyline unless you are familiar with how to adjust your own equipment and know the names of classical Pilates exercises.

How to prepare

Grippy socks are REQUIRED for all group sessions. Grip socks are available for sale at the studio. Due to safety reasons, we do not allow people to enter the class 10 minutes after it has started. No exceptions.

How to get there

Complementary valet parking available weekdays except for Friday 5:30pm and 6:30pm group sessions. Ample street parking available everyday of the week.
