About this class

Bodyline Bounce & Burn is a blend of traditional Pilates mat, reformer, and Barre techniques to create a non-stop high intensity full body workout that is rooted heavily on the Pilates principals. We are always focusing on your form while moving the body through a full range of motion. Modifications will be given for those with injuries but you MUST know your pilates basics. We encourage clients to go at their own pace. *Prerequisite At least five level 1-2 classes at Bodyline unless you are familiar with how to adjust your own equipment and know the names of classical Pilates exercises.

Great workout on all parts of body. Hannah is a brilliant instructor and she is constantly checking your alignment and position to ensure that u r doing the stretches properly. Best barre instructor .

Hannahs pilates reformer classes are always amazing. Tried ballet burn for the first time. She was right about it being more intense than the reformer class but it was fun!

How to prepare

Grippy socks are REQUIRED for all group sessions. Grip socks are available for sale at the studio. Due to safety reasons, we do not allow people to enter the class 10 minutes after it has started. No exceptions.

How to get there

Complementary valet parking available weekdays except for Friday 5:30pm and 6:30pm group sessions. Ample street parking available everyday of the week.

What is ClassPass?
