About this class

Bodyline Basics Level 1-2 is for clients with no or very limited experience with Pilates and for those who have specific injuries/limitations. The primary focus is to learn the basic Pilates principals which include: breathing, balance, muscle development, technique and to learn the exercises and equipment. We will introduce you to your abdominals and teach you how to move so that you feel every exercise. Pilates is about quality not quantity. Modifications will be given for those with injuries. *Prerequisite None

The instructor was very nice and helpful. Sometimes physically moving me to the right positions (which I appreciate!). It was a great workout! Definitely be ready to jump in and go! I do wish there was some stretching.. unless Pilates is so gentle you don’t need it? But I could use a stretch right now haha! I would definitely do it again. The class went by so quickly!

How to prepare

Grippy socks are REQUIRED for all group sessions. Grip socks are available for sale at the studio. Due to safety reasons, we do not allow people to enter the class 10 minutes after it has started. No exceptions.

How to get there

Complementary valet parking available weekdays except for Friday 5:30pm and 6:30pm group sessions. Ample street parking available everyday of the week.

What is ClassPass?
