About this class

This class combines an array of weight training moves with plyometric and core exercises. You will utilize weights, kettle bells, dead weight balls, plyo boxes, and body weight set to various times and reps. Every day a different workout; every day a great challenge.

Class was a great circuit style I went to. A lot of people are regulars and it was my first time so the instructor was very helpful guiding me through the class!

I got a great workout! The previous reviews are correct. Theres not a lot of instruction and everything is explained really fast. Tough when youre new to the class. But Lou took the time later to explain stuff to me. I would go again.

Lou is great! I have an injury, and I appreciated his customizing the workout for me!

Tough workout! It's a self motivational class though. So if you can't get through a workout without someone pushing you this class isn't for you. Workout out is put on a board and you follow it in a group setting. Period.

Loved this place. Super hard class but no pressure to push harder than you are comfortable with. The instructor Angie was super nice, knowledgable, and motivating. Great workout. Will definitely attend again soon.

This isn't really a "class." Minimal instruction and assistance. You basically follow a board of instructions, which you could easily do at any gym, while the instructor stands there doing nothing. He didn't even demo the exercises well.
