About this class

This full body strength & conditioning class will leave you feeling stronger and more toned! The workout is 70% strength and 30% cardio and is based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). High Intensity Interval Training is the best way to burn fat and reshape your body, it increases stamina and strength and offers more functional benefits than steady state cardio or heavy weight lifting.This class was designed for individuals that want a well-balanced workout with an emphasis on building strength, muscle definition, and feeling shredded.

Great workout! I agree w/ a few other comments that it’s best if you are already familiar with correct form and technique as you have seconds to move from station to station and no correction on form is given from Instructor. The is a large class can be intimidating for your first time, but i was impressed how organized all the chaos really was. All in all, great class and format, just not beginner friendly in my opinion.

What is ClassPass?
