Come with comfortable clothing (usual gym wear), we train on a matted floor in bare feet, all equipment is provided. Be prepared to sweat!

Really friendly and encouraging staff and a great workout. They made me feel really welcome as a first timer. Be prepared this workout is done barefoot!

Amazing Vibes. Passion for people and boxing. the bags and kettle bags class is slightly less crowded than the Fitness class

This class is a lot of fun; the instructor is really motivational and you work hard but it's worth mentioning that the room is a bit sweaty, stuffy and cramped.

What is ClassPass?
