so much fun! the intervals are short so you get to do a variety of workouts. also a very supportive community that pushes you to make uthe workout your own. thanks casey!!!

Large class with a friendly atmosphere. Structure was confusing at times and some of the exercises were unfamiliar to me, but the instructor was quick to demonstrate. She also helped with form and made sure I was feeling the work in the right muscle groups.

Really tough class! However I think it could be set up better because I didn't understand what half the exercises were and they weren't explained very well and it was so hard to hear the whistle. Resulted in a lot of time spent looking around to see what other people were doing and them not knowing either
