About this class

Yoga aims to produce health and well‐being in all the different levels of human existence, brings us awareness to the whole body and optimal balance to our lives. Just like yoga, aromatherapy, essential oils and their physical therapeutic effects, have been around for thousands of years. They are used to naturally heal and balance the body, mind, and spirit. This All Level class is open to everyone, features aromatherapy synergistically blended throughout the practice. The class provides a deep sensory experience and natural therapeutic effects. We will be featuring the chakra system over the next seven Mondays. The classes will be highlighting each of the energetic chakras blending poses, mantra and aromatherapy perfectly to provide synergistic healing to the mind, body and spirit.

Loved her class. The aromatherapy adds a nice touch. Her flow was well thought out and very intentional. Hands on adjustments and even chanting at the end. Beautiful, thoughtful class.

The instructor and yoga itself was great, a slow flow good for all levels. I thought by the description there would be more oils used throughout class. One drop in the palm at the beginning of class and a diffuser that doesn't reach the back of the room isn't an aromatherapy class to me. I wish I could give 4.5 stars because the I liked the class, just wish more oils were introduced.

Loved the use of oils throughout the class, not just at the beginning and end. The instructor relates the color of the sound bowls and the scents of the oils to the chakra we were working on, very cool!
