How to prepare

Wear yoga-like attire, barre socks are optional, and bring a water bottle. Barre3 supplies all props needed. New clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet the instructor.

Great speed, and the stretching!!!!!!! Can’t express how important the stretching is. Gabi did an amazing job of allowing your body wind down.

I’m very self conscious about how I look and how out of shape I’ve gotten. I attended a different Barre class and hated everything about it. Barre3 was incredible! I felt relaxed and not intimidated. Natalie was super sweet and let you work at your own pace and really focused on your breathing while still giving you a great workout. Never expected myself to be someone to attend Barre classes regularly but I will absolutely be back to Barre3!

Just when I think this place can’t get any better, it does! This was my first class with Gabi and it was probably my favorite one yet! I loved the music in this class, it was calm enough to keep me focused but upbeat enough to keep me going. I really loved using the resistance band and loved that I could do it at home. As great as the music and exercises were, the best part was Gabi herself. She gives constant positive words, offers explanations of all the alternatives, and explains what we’re supposed to be feeling so well! Every instructor here is amazing but I can’t wait to attend Gabi’s class again!

What is ClassPass?
