How to prepare

Please arrive to your first class 15 minutes before it starts. If you have your own mat already, please bring it with a towel. They provide water but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in. They recommend fitted, active gym wear.

This was such a good class to greet the new year with. The poses involved a lot of stretching and binding, which was great. As always, Mimi was attentive to each one participant and gave clear instructions and variants throughout. Will be back next week ❤️

What is ClassPass?
