Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a bottle of water. They have towel service here as well as mats you can use so you don't have to bring your own.

How to get there

We're located at the corner of Artesia and Blossom with plenty of parking in the back of the building.

Good strength class. Small group. Not as intense as I’m used to like barrys. Over all good workout with a personalized approach. Instructor very friendly. Space is large with multiple personal training sessions happening at the same time.

Really nice instructor. I would have preferred more form corrections. The setup of having X number of reps at each station means if people in the class are of varying fitness levels you end up standing around waiting for others. Id prefer having a specific amount of time at stations so everyone is in sync.

The trainer was nice and very helpful, but the gym was extremely crowded and the workout wasn't as challenging as I hoped it would be.

What is ClassPass?
