For over 10 years we have been mastering this training technique to help you burn more fat and sculpt your body faster. In just 45 minutes burn up to 500 calories (or more). How to prepare

During the winter you want to layer up! Bring a hat and gloves even if you don't wear them. Anytime the temperature is below 40 degrees they are required. They workout rain or shine, but if it is freezing they will keep you off the ground and under cover! Like us on facebook (doyoubootcamp) for weather updates.

How to get there

Our Blackburn Park location meets in the main parking lot park every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday during the Spring, Summer and Fall months. Access this lot from Ashford Dunwoody Road and the entrance is directly across from Starbucks. During January and February our schedule is Tuesday (meet at pavilion on opposite side of park), Wednesday and Friday. Class starts promptly at 5:45AM, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early (10 if it is your first class).

Its a great workout, but I wish instructors would emphasize proper form more. Most people just rush through the reps in mostly bad form, e.g. barely lunging vs going low and pushing off heel, bicep thrusts vs going full range of motion, all just to complete the set as fast as possible.

This workout kicked my butt. I work out regularly, and this HIIT workout really challenged me, and I loved it! Not to mention, Mari and her crew have something special. What is ClassPass?
