About this class

Our full body, ever-changing, 50-minute high-intensity workout. The ultimate combination of group fitness and circuit training. Every session is designed around the science of HIIT and delivers cardio, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Innovative cross-training equipment, rowers, Nordic ski machines, kettlebells and free weights paired with the ALTR custom sprung floor. Sessions are limited to 32 clients, with a pro to client ratio designed to provide expert individualized attention.

Tyler is great! The music is too loud, though.

It was really hard to hear the instructor. After the music started I literally heard nothing she said. It was a great circuit work out despite that.

Great workout. Warm up consisted of a few rounds of body weight movements like squats and burpees. Moved into a circuit of weight training, then moved into full body circuits around the room. Working with different equipment such as TRX, ropes, kettlebells, rowing, and some body weight work. Good, loud music throughout and encouraging words by the instructor.

Always have a great time at ALTR! This is my first class with Tyler. He explained the movements very well, was very engaged and offered a lot of support when it came to improving how I executed each movement. I appreciate that the most because injury prevention is my #1, along with getting a kickass workout. I will definitely take more of his classes!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
